Mountain Lifestyles Mortgage was started in Asheville in December of 1996 as First Asheville Mortgage. The founding members, Rob Rusnak and Kent Wolff, had a vision to serve Western North Carolina with integrity, honesty, and outstanding customer service. After 3 years of solid growth, First Asheville Mortgage moved to their current location on Hendersonville Road in Arden.
The company continued to grow, and quickly became one of the premier mortgage brokers not only in Western North Carolina, but in the entire state.
